Remanufacturing Process
Every transfer case we sell is fully remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Our remanufacturing process:
- Deep Clean – To start the remanufacturing process, each transfer case is fully disassembled and cleaned
- Inspection – Each transfer case is carefully inspected for cracks, excessive wear, shaft warp, and chain stretch
- New Components – All seals, bearings, joints and rings are replaced as well as electrical components (solenoids and control units)
- Validation – After reassembly, each individual transfer case is spin tested as part of a detailed checklist validation process
Every unit is fully remanufactured and covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Email us to confirm the current warranty term for this unit before purchase.
