How We Ship
Smaller parts ship via ground courier (UPS/FedEx). Large, heavy items such as engines, transmissions and shop equipment ship via freight/LTL carrier, typically with liftgate service to the curb.

Handling time: 1–3 business days to process and prepare your order.
Transit time: typically 2–7 business days depending on destination, carrier and item size.
Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Transit windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote or freight-only areas may require additional time.
Freight Deliveries
For freight shipments, please inspect your item on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report shipping damage to us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and make it right.
