Some remanufactured drivetrain units carry a refundable core charge. When your old (core) unit is returned in rebuildable condition, the core charge is refunded per the terms shown on that product page.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Items showing signs of installation, disassembly or damage may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or is found defective, contact us right away — these are handled under our shipping-damage process or the applicable product warranty at no cost to you.
