- 100% inspection of all internal parts, including Ring and Pinion’s, Internal Gears, Clutch’s and Carrier’s
- 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts and shims.
- All housings are cleaned utilizing our state of the art hydro blasting and rinsing process. This process is what brings all cases back to the OEM finish.
- Correct rolling torque established using inch pound measurement’s for precision setup and longevity

Remanufacturing Process
Every transfer case we sell is fully remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Our remanufacturing process:
Deep Clean – To start the remanufacturing process, each transfer case is fully disassembled and cleaned
Inspection – Each transfer case is carefully inspected for cracks, excessive wear, shaft warp, and chain stretch
New Components – All seals, bearings, joints and rings are replaced as well as electrical components (solenoids and control units)
Validation – After reassembly, each individual transfer case is spin tested as part of a detailed checklist validation process
