Billet Converter with Triple Disc Clutch- Upgraded converter for Heavy Duty applications is designed with a triple disc internal clutch to increase holding power for those increased towing needs as well as a improved design to do away with the dreaded OEM shudder.
****This transmission MUST be reflashed before it is put into service and all transmission oil coolers must be replaced****

- Teardown and Triple Clean – Every transmission is disassembled, inspected, and cleaned three times. We also chase all threads and install all new bushings during this process.
- Valve Body Rebuild and Test – Our most experienced team members rebuild and inspect each valve body before testing it using our C.A.R.S. testing system, which simulates real-world use and validates the valve body.
- New O-Rings, Gaskets, and Seals – Once the valve body is tested, the transmission is reassembled with all new o-rings, gaskets, and seals.
- Dyno Testing – Our custom dyno testing machines spin and load test every transmission to verify it’s ready for the road.
